Our policy

For new participants. The first time you visit us, you will be received by our Center Director for a short interview and then will be introduce to one of our committed tutors for an initial assessment. This assessment will help us assess your current knowledge and skills in order for us to agree on your learning objectives and needs and carefully tailor a learning program especially for you.

 

Before you are accepted to formally join our ABC Program, you will be asked to sign an agreement comitting yourself to the program with simple policies that you need to observe while in the program. The result of the assessment together with the signed agreement will automatically form part of your own file in the ABC Program's system where we keep all the documentations of your learning progress, activities, results of exams or quizzes and other evaluation materials.


For existing participants. We normally have two (2) terms in a year. At the end of each term, the participants are expected to pass an end-of-term evaluation based on the topics or subjects learned during the term. During this period, a reassessment of your own program will take place to calibrate your progress and the check where you are in terms of your learning objectives.

 

Since we promote fun in learning, you might be (re)assigned to a group with similar level of learning needs.
